Reforming the mid-region

Little G shows off his great knowledge of the reformer (the pilates machine that looks eerily like a torture device).


Step 1: adjust the straps for a snug and slightly uncomfortable fit.




Step 2: moisten the buckle.




Step 3: puff your cheeks up and hold your arms out to create the illusion of a very flat core.



Step 4: repeat steps 1-3.
